I have only voted in 3 Presidential elections so far, but this election has brought back all the reasons I can't stand, I mean hate the political process. So I thought that I would do political commentary of my own! This presidential race as brought issues to the forefront that has been suppressed in a subconscious state for years.
I am talking about the issues of sexism, racism, and ageism.......
Roland Martin a radio personality and CNN political commentator has a show that comes on Sunday's on CNN. This week's episode touched on all of these issues. You can see a clip below in which he questions Sarah Palin's foreign policy experience.
Here's what burns me up the most. There are so many people in this country that don't keep up with politics on a regular basis. I am not a political strategist, however I hate the fact that most people make their decisions based on political rhetoric and commentary.
Some people actually believe that Barack Obama is a Muslim, or some people believe that Sarah Palin's small town values translates into good leadership skills or legislative skills. Not once thinking why I am voting for this person.
The power that the president has to change all our ways of life is far too serious for someone to make a decision based off B.S.!
Here are some thoughts to ponder, and I am looking forward to reading your reaction.
1.) If Barack had five kids, would he still be a viable candidate for any political office, and do you think he would win?
2.) Do you think that Obama has any room for error during his campaign, and if elected presidency?
3.) Do you think he will have to be twice as good to be considered a good president?
